What you send through the forms
The site has two forms. You decide what to write in them.
- Contact form
- Name, email, phone if you add it, your message, and a file up to 10 MB if you attach one. It appears on the contact page, the English home page, and service, case, and article pages.
- Cost calculator
- The project options you pick and the estimated price, your task description, phone or email, and a file if you attach one. The calculator is on the Russian pages.
Each request also carries the page language and the address of the page you sent it from. That address can include ad tracking tags if you arrived through an ad link. Requests from a service page include the service name.
What the site records on its own
While you browse, the site records technical data: which pages you opened, where you came from, what you clicked, your device and browser, your country, and your IP address.
- PostHog
- Collects visit statistics and records sessions: movement on the page, clicks, and scrolling. A session recording can also capture text you type into form fields.
- Google Analytics
- Collects visit statistics. Its script loads after your first click or key press.
- Meta
- Receives page view and form submission events, so we can see which Instagram and Facebook ads bring in requests. Each event carries your IP address, browser details, and Meta cookies. Your browser turns the email and phone from the form into a SHA-256 hash first, and Meta receives only the hash.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- Checks that a person submitted the form.
- Links to our Telegram bot
- If you open a link like azamat.ai/tg/…, for example from a QR code, the site passes visit identifiers to our Telegram bot: your PostHog visitor ID, Meta cookies, ad tracking tags, IP address, and browser details. The bot uses them to tell where you came from.
- YouTube video
- The Kaizen Club case page embeds a YouTube video. When you open that page, Google may set its own cookies.
Why we use this data
- To reply to your request, discuss the task, and send an estimate or a proposal.
- To avoid losing requests: a copy of each request is kept on the server in case the email does not arrive.
- To protect the forms from spam.
- To see which pages are useful, where visitors get stuck, and which ads bring in requests.
We do not send newsletters and do not sell data.
Legal basis and consent
We process data on the basis of your consent under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".
By submitting a form, you agree to the processing of its data on the terms of this page, including transfer abroad. The line next to the submit button reminds you of this.
Consent lasts as long as the purposes we collected the data for, or until you withdraw it. To withdraw consent, email [email protected].
Analytics and cookies run while you use the site. You can turn them off in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the site will keep working.
Who else receives data
These services store or process data on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, USA
- Site hosting, form checks, and storage for attached files. Every request to the site passes through Cloudflare.
- Amazon Web Services, eu-north-1 region in Stockholm
- Receiving requests, the request copy, sending the request email to our inbox, and the Telegram bot server.
- PostHog, servers in the EU
- Visit statistics and session recordings.
- Google, USA
- Google Analytics and the YouTube video on the case page.
- Meta Platforms, USA
- Events for Instagram and Facebook ads.
- Telegram
- Chats with our bot go through Telegram and follow its rules.
Data outside Kazakhstan
All of these services are outside Kazakhstan: in Sweden and other EU countries, and in the USA. We have no servers of our own in Kazakhstan yet, so form and analytics data are stored abroad.
By submitting a form, you agree to this transfer. If you object, do not submit the form.
How long we keep data
- Server copy of a request
- 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Request email
- Stays in our inbox while we discuss the task or work together. We will delete it sooner if you ask.
- Attached files
- Kept in Cloudflare while we need them for your request. We will delete them if you ask.
- Analytics
- Data in PostHog and Google Analytics is kept for as long as those services are configured to keep it.
- Cookies
- From 30 days to two years, see below.
Your rights
You can:
- find out what data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data or pause its processing;
- withdraw your consent.
Email [email protected] with the email or phone from your request so we can find it. We will reply within 15 business days.
If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the authorized personal data protection body, currently the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or go to court.

When the data or services change, we update this page and its revision date.
