Who you give consent to
You allow Logic Layer LLP (ТОО «Logic Layer»), the owner of azamat.ai and its Telegram bots, to collect, store, use, transfer, and delete your personal data on the terms of this page.

What data
- Your name, email, phone, and request text, plus your company name and the systems you work with if you add them.
- Files you attach to the request.
- Project options and the price estimate from the calculator.
- In the Telegram bot: your ID, username, name, and language in Telegram, your chat with the bot, your answers and voice messages in the VNEDRI assessment, and their transcripts.
- Where you came from: the page address, ad tracking tags, and, if you open the bot through an azamat.ai/tg/ link, your IP address and browser details.
Why
- To reply to your request, discuss the task, and send an estimate or a proposal.
- To run the assessment in the bot and send you its result and the materials we promised.
- To arrange a call if you asked for one. Azamat then receives your name, Telegram username, assessment answers, and plan.
- To keep a copy of the request in case the email does not arrive.
- To protect the forms from spam.
This consent does not cover analytics and advertising cookies: you decide on those separately, in the cookie notice on the site.
Who we pass data to
These companies store or process data on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, USA
- Site hosting, spam checks on forms, and storage for attached files.
- Amazon Web Services, Sweden (eu-north-1 region)
- Receiving and keeping a copy of requests, sending request emails, and the Telegram bot server and database.
- OpenAI, USA
- Transcribing voice messages and the bot replies in the assessment.
- Pydantic Logfire
- The bot technical log: requests to the model and its replies. We use it to find errors.
- PostHog, EU
- Statistics and session recordings on the site, including text typed into forms, plus steps in the bot. The bot sends events under a random code like v_…, without your name or username.
- Telegram
- Your chat with the bot goes through Telegram.
- Meta Platforms, USA
- If you came from Instagram, the keyword conversation goes through Instagram.
Transfer of data abroad
Data is stored and processed outside Kazakhstan: in Sweden and other EU countries, and in the USA. We have no servers of our own in Kazakhstan.
By giving consent, you also agree to this cross-border transfer.
How long consent lasts
Consent lasts as long as the purposes need it: while we discuss the task or work together, and bot data is kept while the bot runs. The server copy of a request is deleted automatically after 30 days.
You can withdraw consent at any time.
How to withdraw consent
- Email [email protected] with the email or phone from your request, or your Telegram username for the bot. We will stop processing and delete the data within 15 business days.
- In the Telegram bot, send /delete: the bot asks you to confirm and deletes your data. /stop turns off follow-up messages from the bot, and /privacy sends a link to the policy.

With each request we store the version of this text and the time you gave consent. If the text changes, it gets a new date.
